She tells us about Les Roches' hospitality program, and the incredibly interesting education she received from the Swiss school. Les Roches is ranked among the world’s top 3 hospitality business schools.
I must admit that before doing this episode, I had very little idea what hospitality management is about, and I always thought that studying in Switzerland was beyond reach. But this episode taught me so much, I’d now even consider it for Liv and Lucas for the future, because it offers so much ‘real world’ training.
